These terms apply to use of the Paradise Listing website and its inquiry, quote, and guest-balance features. Property-specific booking agreements, cancellation terms, owner agreements, event agreements, and confirmed reservation terms may contain additional or different provisions.

Website information

We aim to keep villa descriptions, availability, pricing, guest capacity, images, and service information accurate. Information can change, and availability or pricing shown before final confirmation does not by itself create a reservation.

Quotes and booking requests

A booking request or guest quote is not a completed reservation unless Paradise Listing confirms the reservation. A quote may have an expiration date and may be subject to updated availability or property terms if it is not accepted and confirmed within the stated period.

Payments

Amounts shown as paid on the guest balance page reflect payments recorded by Paradise Listing. The current website does not directly process card payments. Payment instructions and accepted methods may be provided separately for a reservation.

Villa rules and services

Each property may have its own occupancy limits, house rules, staff arrangements, event restrictions, service availability, deposits, and operating requirements. Those property-specific terms take priority where they differ from general website information.

Concierge services

Concierge options are subject to availability, property rules, supplier availability, advance notice, and any additional pricing or terms confirmed before service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false booking information, or use private guest or quote links belonging to another person without permission.

Intellectual property

Paradise Listing branding, website design, original copy, and owned media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Property photography and third-party materials may also be subject to separate rights.
